Citizen's Input for the Redevelopment of Deal Buick on Merrimon:
- only allow utility truck entrance off of commercial streets
- create an alley on the property for dumpsters/truck load in that shields the surrounding residential neighbors from noise
- Integrate a majority of residential components and access along Holland ave which is currently isolated by the large retaining wall
- Don't violate the UDO, instead go beyond it's requirements for green space and buffers
- Incorporate a park for neighbors to gather (the closest parks to the hillside neighborhoods are currently across merrimon or broadway
